Setup Assist

An experienced pair of hands on the day. We arrive with your delivery and work alongside you or your venue team to place and style your hired items.

Full Concierge Setup

The complete service. We set up and style every hired item to your plan before your access window closes, share photos for sign-off, then pack everything down at collection.

Both services are added on the “Optional extras” step of checkout, with any hire order.
How it works
1. Add it at checkout
Pick your hire items as normal, then choose Setup Assist or Full Concierge on the extras step. One flat price, paid with your order.
2. We plan together
Before the big day we confirm your layout, colours and placement, and agree access times with you or your venue coordinator.
3. We deliver and set up
Our team arrives with your items and brings the plan to life: florals placed, sashes tied, post box positioned, phone tested and live.
4. Sign off and celebrate
You get photos of the finished room before guests arrive. With Full Concierge we come back and pack everything down too.

The concierge service covers venues within 25 miles of Derby city centre, exactly matching our hand-delivery area, including Nottingham, Burton, Ashbourne, Belper and everywhere in between.
- Within 10 miles: travel included in the price.
- 10 to 25 miles: the standard £1/mile delivery surcharge applies, charged once per order and shared with your delivery, never doubled.
